Olive Oil Butter
– 2/3 cup of coconut oil
– 1/3 cup olive oil
– 1/3 cup macadamia nut
– 1/4 tsp FRESH turmeric, peeled and finely grated
1.) Heat coconut oil to liquid
2.) Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix thoroughly.
3.) Place in glass container in the refrigerator

Notes- in my very sick consulting clients, nearly all have allergies or intolerance to dairy. Less than 15-20% are intolerant to grassfed butter and ghee, even those who test positive for IgG in dairy.
This recipe contains super beneficial fats. Macadamia nuts are abundant in many trace minerals and vitamins. Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Olive oil is the perfect cooking oil and is rich in the omega-3’s that most folks are deficient in.
Caution- olive oil does have a low smoke point and the industry is heavily adulterated, often cutting the pure oil with canola or other unhealthy oils- be a wise consumer and purchase quality olive oil.
